As we bring our award-winning home remodeling services to this exciting new region, we’re actively seeking confident, persuasive, and outgoing individuals to join our team as Retail Brand Ambassadors. This pivotal role involves managing lead-generating kiosks at well-established wholesale partner locations, helping us introduce our premium products and services to the San Diego community. • Competitive Compensation: Earn $22-$25 per hour as a base salary, plus a $25 bonus per demoed appointment. Additional earnings can be achieved through a lucrative commission structure!

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers at retail locations, providing information and capturing leads for in-home consultations.
• Promotional Activities: Efficiently manage kiosk displays, including setup and takedown, ensuring a professional presentation of materials.
• Lead Generation: Collect and report lead information accurately, aiming to convert interactions into potential sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills: Must be outgoing and enjoy interacting with a diverse array of customers daily.
• Resilience: A positive attitude towards customer rejections and the drive to continuously engage new prospects.
• Vehicle Ownership: Must own a vehicle with a valid driver’s license to travel between locations as needed.
• Flexibility: Ability to work a varied schedule including early mornings and late nights, and to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Background Check: Your background check requires no felonies within sever (7) years.
