Retail Cashier

The ideal candidate is a professional and courteous individual with a strong focus on customer and team relationships. This role requires a combination of customer service, inventory management, and general store maintenance duties to ensure a smooth and clean shopping experience for all guests. The position requires physical and mental effort and is performed in an indoor climate, with potential exposure to smoke. 

• Provide friendly and helpful service to all customers.
• Manage cash register operations and handle all transactions accurately.
• Ensure all merchandise is priced correctly and shelves are fully stocked.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the store, including countertops, windows, floors, and shelves.
• Empty and replace garbage receptacles as needed.
• Prepare food and wash dishes in accordance with sanitation policies and procedures. 

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in cash handling and customer service.
• Ability to maintain a professional and courteous relationship with customers, management, and co-workers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
