Role Overview

As a Retail Channel Leader, you’ll be the driving force behind our partnerships with National Retail Partners. Your mission is to generate high-value leads by promoting Closet Factory’s value proposition at retail locations, fostering strong relationships with partners, and ensuring seamless collaboration. This role is ideal for a high-energy, self-motivated professional who excels at relationship-building and thrives in a results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Retail Partner Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with District Managers, Store Managers, and floor sales representatives to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  


• 
  Brand Asset Utilization: Leverage Closet Factory’s marketing tools, business cards with QR codes, brochures, mobile showroom, and more, to maximize partner engagement.
  


• 
  Education & Training: Train Retail Partner teams and Closet Factory designers on operational processes, including Retail Partner portals and relationship management.
  


• 
  Innovative Initiatives: Lead conference calls, in-store/showroom training, Zoom meetings, specialty onsite events, and award programs to recognize outstanding performance.
  


• 
  Performance Tracking: Input and track all retail connections, leads, and performance metrics (Close Rate, Average Sale, Percent to Standard, Payment Type) in Closet Factory’s proprietary systems to ensure accuracy and accountability.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a results-driven professional with a passion for sales and relationship-building. Ideal candidates have:

  Proven Sales Expertise: 2+ years of experience in retail, home improvement, interior design, or luxury goods sales, with a track record of exceeding targets.

  Partner-Centric Mindset: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and long-term relationships with Retail Partners.
  


• 
  Passion for Organization: A genuine enthusiasm for creating functional, beautiful spaces that transform lives.

  Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with basic technology and quick to learn proprietary tools.

  Reliability: Valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and at least 21 years old.
