POSITION OVERVIEW

Half Magic is seeking a highly organized, detail-obsessed, and beauty-loving Key Accounts Coordinator to join our team. This role supports the Key Accounts team in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and reports directly to the Key Accounts Manager. You’ll help bring the Half Magic universe to life across our North American retail partners, ensuring our vibrant, expressive products are perfectly positioned both online and in-store. This role is based out of our West Hollywood office. 

Responsibilities: 

• Provide day-to-day support to the Key Accounts team across all North American retail partnerships (Ulta Beauty, Mecca, and others)


• Prepare monthly sales reports, at the channel, store and product level. Must be extremely proficient in excel and pulling/analyzing data, creating reports and synthesizing a lot of data into simplified summaries. 


• Keep track of key milestones, launch calendars, promotional dates, retailer-specific timelines, and internal deadlines to ensure smooth execution


• Maintain and update sales and merchandising trackers, side-by-sides, SKU add/delete trackers, promotional calendars, and more


• Partner with internal cross-functional teams (product development, marketing, education, ops) to complete retailer-specific SKU set-ups


• Own the accuracy of SKU data, pricing, and implementation of price changes across retail systems


• Build and manage launch trackers to monitor sales performance, in-store placements, and digital exposure for all new drops


• Support sales reporting and insights for core, limited edition, and seasonal collections


• Coordinate education needs by supporting retailer training tools, gratis management, and learning assets


• Collaborate with retailer partners and internal teams to fulfill comp, gratis, and digital/social asset requests


• Manage digital shelf excellence by coordinating PDP assets, copy, and upload deadlines


• Conduct PDP sweeps and partner with our marketing team to make necessary updates


• Assist with meeting coordination including agendas, recap notes, and follow-ups


• Stay plugged into the competitive beauty space with routine market research and insights


• Perform additional administrative and coordination tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years experience in beauty, retail, or CPG preferred


• Excellent analytical skills and excel skills. Must be well versed with Excel’s capabilities. 


• Super organized, Excellent organizational skills and a knack for juggling multiple projects and deadlines.

Our target compensation range for this role is between $50,000 and $75,000 annually. Actual starting salary within the range will depend on various considerations, including; work experience, skills, specializations, and training. This role is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, competitive healthcare, as well as other employee benefits.
