Retail Customer Ambassador

We are looking for someone with excellent communications skills to fill our Retail Customer Ambassador position!

Responsibilities Will Include:

• Customer service in an in-person setting 
• Completing sales using our current POS
• Handling customer complaints and escalations
• Be able to provide product knowledge
• Assisting with maintaining sales targets

Retail Customer Ambassador will ensure the delivery of excellent customer service while building solid customer relationships. We accomplish this by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.

• High school diploma or GED
• Friendly and helpful personality
• A willingness to learn and grow

This position involves qualifying customers at events and offers a base pay plus commission.
