Retail Customer Service Associate - Entry Level

We partner with some of the nation's largest telecommunication clients to provide technology-based solutions to local consumers. We are looking for a motivated Entry Level Retail Customer Service Associate who will work directly with our customer acquisitions and sales team to create and implement customer service and sales strategies for our clients. The Entry Level Retail Customer Service Associate will collaborate to execute experiential campaigns by working directly with clients and consumers in a specified target market to achieve key performance targets as defined by our clients and senior management staff. 

Entry Level Retail Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:

• Work with customers directly and in person daily to provide them with telecommunication services that they are eligible for 
• Assist the sales team in processing orders and working with customers to notate their personal information professionally when finalizing sales to meet client expectations
• Upsell products and services to meet company sales goals while providing superior customer service 
• Collecting customer feedback by gathering data on campaign success to increase our clients' ROI and generate sales revenue 
• Complete local customer research to better understand the needs of the target audience
• Assist in the formation of sales and customer acquisition strategies to support the leadership team 
• Maintain professional knowledge by attending ongoing training and networking conferences  

Entry Level Retail Customer Service Associate Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business preferred 
• Experience in customer service and/or sales preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills 
• Ability to negotiate and problem solve in a fast-paced environment 
• Reliable transportation

This is a full time, in-office position that is set to start immediately, so we are looking for individuals that are local to Cerritos, CA and able to start in 1-2 weeks.
