Job Summary The Retail Director of the Harley-Davidson Museumand Milwaukee Experiences is responsible for all retail operations atthe Harley-Davidson Museum (Harley-Davidson Shop and the Harley-DavidsonFactory Outlet), at the Company\'s Employee Stores at the Company\'sFactory Experience Centers in Menomonee Falls, WI and in York, PA, andother retail activations as part of the Milwaukee experiences andHarley-Davidson Homecoming celebrations. Specifically, the RetailDirector is responsible for all assortment planning, merchandising,inventory planning and management, pricing and markdown strategies,sales forecasting and delivery in the channels noted above. Thisposition will consistently monitor retail performance in these channelsand pivot in an agile manner to consistently deliver the broader Museumand Milwaukee experience retail plans. This position will require strongleadership partnerships with key stakeholders and functions acrossHarley-Davidson Motor Company; specifically, this position will requirestrong operational relationships with the Apparel & Licensing (A&L),Commercial, Digital, and Commercial functions. This position will sit onthe A&L and eCommerce leadership teams in a \"dotted line\" capacity. Asa member of the A&L Review Board, this position will have critical inputinto the product development plans within the A&L organization, and willwork to convey the unique needs of the Museum consumer and broaderMuseum narrative in all product plans. This position will partner withthe A&L product teams to ensure Museum product development is on-timeand meets all quality standards. This position will also be responsiblefor the Museum eCommerce P&L alongside the P&Ls for the brick-and-mortarMuseum retail spaces. This position will be responsible for drivingrevenue and allocating marketing spend to eCommerce in accordance withthe Museum\'s strategic goals.
