Retail Donation Attendant - Johnson City, TN

What You’ll Do

• Greet donors with a friendly smile and provide excellent customer service


• Assist with unloading donated items and issuing donation receipts


• Sort donations by category and prepare items for transport


• Help load and unload trucks as needed


• Keep donation sites clean, safe, and organized


• Maintain accurate daily donor records


• Promote and follow safe work practices and all company policies


• Support team goals through cooperation and positive communication

What We’re Looking For

• Strong customer service and communication skills


• Ability to multitask, work independently, and use good judgment


• Reliable, flexible, and willing to take initiative


• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in varying weather conditions


• High school diploma or GED preferred


• One year of work history preferred


• A positive, can-do attitude and a heart for service
