**Field Retail Recruiter**
at Parachute Home Remote As a Field Retail Recruiter, youll be working with the People team to help support and drive a fast growing, inclusive and equitable retail team at Parachute. This role will work with candidates and store leadership, so you must have impeccable communication skills, the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice, and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a world-class team in a high-growth startup environment. Youll have a deep understanding of retail specific sourcing, job boards, candidate market, and a knack for attracting extremely empathetic, inclusive, and motivated candidates who will continue to raise the bar of our company culture and performance. This person will be enthusiastic about spending time with our teams in the field, sourcing, interviewing, and funneling talent to the store leaders. This role will report directly into the Lead Talent Acquisition Partner.
**What Youll Do:**
* Partner & liaison with store management teams to thoroughly understand roles and key qualifications; develop retail specific strategy to screen and source accordingly in the hiring process. Acting as a support advocate at all times!
* Manage full-cycle recruiting for our Retail store teams by sourcing, reviewing resumes, meeting candidates in-person and managing candidates through an equitable and inclusive interview process to meet retail store opening timelines
* As we continue to grow, you continue to look at the retail candidate data to source a diverse pipeline of candidates; proactively source active and passive candidates through employee referrals, networking, and innovative research tactics
* Correspond and coordinate with candidates throughout the interview process, including but not limited to email communication, and organizing group as well as panel interviews
* Always looking for ways to level-up the candidate experience: you have a genuine interest in people--every voice should be heard, and you very much want to listen
* Ideate and execute scalable processes to help our retail team grow quickly and efficiently
* Promote the Parachute employer brand and develop creative strategies within the retail space to attract and market the company to candidates
* Develop and execute unique recruiting efforts and events, including informational sessions, virtual recruitment mixers, university hiring fairs, and other activities that promote Parachute recruiting and outreach efforts
* Be an expert on our applicant tracking system, scheduling tools and organizational products including Greenhouse and Google Workspace
* Assist in ad hoc projects across Talent Development
* Organize and execute hiring seminars (in person or virtually) to expedite the hiring process
**Who You Are:**
* 2-4 years of experience in a retail specific field recruiting function
* Strong understanding of hourly work force (sales associates, keyholders, inventory, etc.)
* Experience recruiting in multi-unit retail preferred
* Strong understanding of retail compensation, competitive analysis
* You have experience utilizing recruiting data, and acting off of results
* Knowledge and proficiency with Google Workspace, Zoom, and Greenhouse
* A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset - Always thinking outside the box
* You get the job done. Must be able to multi-task and manage a robust and diverse pipeline with efficiency and constant attention
* High level of interpersonal skills and strong ability to engage candidates of varying experience levels and backgrounds, ensuring a positive experience for our candidates as well as our internal team
* You're self-motivated, able to work independently as well as in partnership with cross-functional teams
* Able to travel on-site to stores (new and existing) about 50% of the time
