Retail Food Service Manager

Sodexo is seeking a Retail Manager 2 to lead high volume retail operations for our food team at HMH Jersey Shore Medical Center located in Neptune City, New Jersey. Jersey Shore Medical Center operates with approximately 700 beds, serving as a major regional academic medical center. Specific recent data indicates it has 628 staffed beds and includes an 88-bed children's hospital (K. Hovnanian Children's Hospital)

• Ensure a zero-harm mindset for ourselves, our customers, our food & employees.
• Directs daily operations of food quality & customer service in a retail food operation, including branded concepts, ensuring employees have appropriate equipment, supplies, and resources.
• Manages cash handling protocols & control procedures according to Sodexo policies.
• Maintains client satisfaction with food quality & customer service.
• Accountable for delivering service quality by maintaining the highest standards.
• Supervises day-to-day work activities of food service workers.
