Job Title: Retail Logistics Assistant
Hourly Pay: $20 - $26/hour

Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Retail Logistics Assistant to assist with inventory, logistics, and operations in our store. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that products are well-stocked, organized, and readily available for customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory levels by assisting with stock orders and shipments

• Help coordinate the receiving and processing of product shipments

• Ensure that merchandise is properly tagged, organized, and stored in the stockroom
• Assist in organizing the sales floor to ensure products are easily accessible to customers
• Monitor stock levels and collaborate with management to ensure stock availability

• Perform regular inventory audits and stock checks

• Assist in the preparation and execution of promotional displays and seasonal campaigns
• Coordinate with suppliers and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in retail or logistics is preferred but not required

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently

• Ability to lift and move products up to a certain weight and stand for long periods

• Basic knowledge of inventory management and retail operations

• Comfortable using basic computer systems and inventory tracking tools

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
