Security Officers Make a Difference

We’re hiring reliable, experienced, Loss Prevention Security Officers for an International Brand Store! The person in this position will maintain and adhere to all safety and security procedures while delivering a high level of customer service.

Shifts Include:

• Afternoon/ Evening Shifts
• Weekend Availability is a MUST
• IMMEDIATE START DATE

Responsibilities

• Provide a firm, visual deterrent in a retail setting
• Generate respect to a potential offender from the store entrance
• Observe access to all entrances of customers, employees, visitors, and/or others to include physical bag inspections as needed
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and appearance

• Be diligent and vigilant in security and safety awareness
• Greet all visitors, vendors, and employees, while continuously maintaining the standards of excellence in presentation and professionalism
• Monitor crowd behavior and maintain/restore crowd control throughout store
• “Observe and Report” all incidents and accidents

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Prior Loss Prevention experience is a must
• Prior Security Experience is a must
• Must have open availability to work all shifts and schedules
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have good communications skills
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods
• Ability to think clearly during crisis or high-stress periods
