Position Overview : As the Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, sales, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, with a focus on driving sales, maximizing profitability, and creating a welcoming and engaging shopping environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
1.

Retail Operations Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail department, including staffing, scheduling, and training of retail associates.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective retail operations.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

Merchandising and Product Selection:
Collaborate with the Head of Retail, vendors and suppliers to source and select merchandise that aligns with our brand and appeals to our target market.
Develop and execute merchandising strategies to optimize product placement, pricing, and promotions.
Maintain visual standards and ensure that displays are attractive, well-stocked, and organized.

Sales and Revenue Generation:
Set sales targets and goals for the retail department, developing strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Train and motivate retail associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales through upselling and cross-selling techniques.
Implement promotions, discounts, and special events to stimulate sales and enhance the shopping experience.

Inventory Management:
Oversee inventory control processes, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies, shrinkage, and obsolete stock.
Develop inventory replenishment strategies to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing excess inventory.

Customer Service Excellence:
Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests receive personalized assistance and support.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the guest.
Implement training programs to educate staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in retail management, with a track record of success in driving sales and profitability.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of retail associates.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising principles, and inventory management best practices.
Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office applications.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
