Entry Level (Step 1) Job Duties:

• Customer Service: Provide an in-store customer service presence for our clients. This includes answering any questions the consumer may have. Additionally, you will help them make an educated decision on their purchase.\
• Marketing: Learn and execute promotional marketing campaigns. A student mentality is needed because we often have quickly changing promotions.
• Sales: Execute sales campaigns—new client acquisitions and retention
• Management Development—At Step 2 in the Management Training Program you will start to develop & manage a team of 3-5 people.
