Retail Marketing Associate

Calling all professional and entrepreneurial-minded renewable energy fanatics! Elevate Energy Partners is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, self-starter who is environmentally conscious to join our growing Retail Marketing Associate Team! 

Our mission is to assist others in reducing the cost of their utilities while simultaneously making the world a safer place for our future generations by helping them convert to clean renewable energy. We are helping our clients change the way the world produces power and are looking for individuals who are ready to jump in and help our rapidly growing business grow even faster. 

As a Retail Marketing Associate, you will assist in our initiatives to make a positive difference in customers’ lives and improve the environment, one clean energy switch at a time. We stand apart from our competition by offering top-of-the-line marketing strategies, exceptional customer service, superior workmanship, great compensation, and most importantly opportunities for our Marketing Associates to grow professionally.

Our Retail Marketing Associates: 

• Engage, excite, educate, sell and promote our clean renewable energy product to our local community in partnership with local retailers
• Explain the marketing and environmental benefits of switching to renewable energy and the differentiation of our service against competitors or traditional suppliers
• Participate in continuous training opportunities to excel as a Retail Marketing Associate, further education on clean energy, and develop professional skills
• Prepare, present and sell renewable energy services using a consultative approach and proven sales tactics to prospective customers
• Collaborate sales efforts with other team members and departments to exceed goals and expectations
• Remain positive and professional and work together with the team to make a great environment for our customers and fellow team members

What we look for in a Retail Marketing Associate: 

• Bachelors in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Economics, or Environmental Sciences 
• 1-3 years in the clean energy, marketing, promotions, or sales industry 
• Strong presentation or oral communication skills
• Genuine passion for developing a clean and more environmentally cautious world 
• Resourceful with the ability to multitask, problem-solve, and prioritize tasks
• Open-minded with enthusiasm to acquire a wide array of skills
• Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
