Retail Onboarding Manager (Product Compliance Operation)

Role Overview

As the Retail Onboarding Manager, you will lead the product compliance review team to ensure all products comply with internal and regulatory standards. You will drive cross-departmental collaboration, optimize operation processes, and resolve complex issues efficiently to safeguard consumer experience and platform integrity.

What will you do?  

• Oversee the daily operations of the product onboarding review team, efficiently allocating resources and managing workflows (including supplier credentials, product classification, and compliance checks) to ensure high-quality reviews.


• Partner closely with the Policy Team to align updated regulations, timely adapt operational workflows and procedures, and establish training programs to ensure the team's capabilities match current standards.


• Act as the primary liaison among internal stakeholders to streamline communication, align compliance goals, and resolve cross-departmental friction points.


• Maintain a deep understanding of legal regulations to ensure all listed products, registration numbers, statutory disclosures, and advertising content strictly adhere to internal policies and authority mandates.


• Optimize the product onboarding review mechanism to proactively mitigate risks, while collaborating closely with the post-onboarding team to ensure seamless alignment and swift resolution of escalated compliance issues.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in product compliance, catalog operations, or listing review management within the e-commerce or retail sectors


• Proven track record of managing end-to-end product onboarding workflows, translating regulatory changes into operational procedures, or leading high-performing teams in fast-paced environments


• Excellent communication skills to build consensus among diverse stakeholders


• Highly adaptable to the rapid shifts of the e-commerce industry


• Problem-solving‑ mindset with the ability to propose practical solutions


• Professional fluency in both English and Mandarin

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in using SQL and Excel Pivot Tables to analyze data


• Experience building structured dashboards

Remuneration

• Monthly salary of more than NT$ 40,000 (fixed or variable salary varies depending on personal qualifications or performance)
