Requirements

Veteran encouraged—military experience is highly valued and a great fit for this role.
2+ years’ experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to commute to shipping locations as needed.
Must pass an extensive FBI background check
Current Virginia Concealed Weapons Permit OR the eligibility to obtain a Virginia Concealed Weapons Permit, including completing all required courses.
Ability to lift between 25 and 50 pounds for inventory and shipping needs.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a secure, professional, and welcoming environment.
Document, ship, and track firearm materials with strict adherence to all legal and regulatory guidelines.
Manage and maintain two websites, ensuring online orders are processed promptly and accurately.
Assist with administrative work to include:

Generating and managing invoices to support smooth financial operation.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, order and manage office supplies, and maintain well-functioning workspace.
Scan, copy, and organize essential documents to support administrative efficiency.
