Alliance Catholic Credit Union is seeking an exceptional and experienced Retail Operations Representative who thrives in a well-organized, fast-paced, and multi-task driven environment. This position will report directly to the Retail Operations Manager at our Admin location.
The ideal candidate:
- Process all incoming membership and loan applications, efficiently and accurately.
- Prepare loans for closing via e-Sign and/or a branch.
- Maintain orderly files on each account with attention to complete and accurately detail the account and all the loan documents.
- Works effectively with all employees to meet member’s needs in a responsive, efficient manner across department/branches.
- Deepen member relationships by identifying their financial needs.
- Uncover member needs by reviewing their account/accounts and offering members appropriate products/services.
A successful candidate will be an approachable team player with a personable and professional demeanor, a desire to learn and driven to achieve outstanding results---accurately and efficiently. We seek candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent and 6+ months of similar or related experience in a financial institution.
