Retail Process Specialist

Corda Credit Union is looking for a Retail Process Specialist to join our team and play an important role in making sure our retail procedures are accurate, efficient, consistent, and easy for our employees to use.

What You'll Do

• Write, maintain, and improve retail procedures that are clear, accurate, and practical.


• Analyze different ways to complete a task and recommend effective best practices.


• Regularly review existing procedures to ensure they remain accurate and effective.


• Identify process gaps, deficiencies, and opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency.


• Participate in the rollout of new products, services, systems, and technology by helping test processes and developing the procedures and resources needed for a successful launch.


• Communicate new and updated procedures to employees and ensure they understand the changes.


• Help identify opportunities for coaching, education, and process improvement.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• The ability to analyze processes and identify opportunities for improvement.


• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.


• The ability to work collaboratively with people and departments across an organization.


• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.


• Experience with financial services, credit unions, banking operations, compliance, procedures, process improvement, or systems implementation is helpful.
