As a Retail Product Support Lead at Bob’s Discount Furniture, you’ll oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team to ensure smooth inventory flow and back-end support. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining a safe, efficient, and customer-focused environment.

Work Environment:
This role is based in a retail store warehouse setting. It involves physical work including lifting up to 75 lbs., assembling merchandise, and managing product flow. It also includes cross-functional collaboration with store teams and flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 3–5 years of management or team lead experience preferred

  • Proven success in a warehouse or back-end retail environment

  • Ability to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays

  • Mechanically inclined and able to assemble furniture

  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. safely

Physical Demands

  • Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 75 lbs.

  • Frequent walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing

  • Ability to safely assemble furniture using tools

  • May operate warehouse equipment as needed (training provided)
