Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. In this dynamic role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in finding the products they need, answering any questions they may have, and helping them make informed purchasing decisions.  

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide them with a pleasant shopping experience


• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing merchandise


• Maintain knowledge of current sales promotions and policies regarding payment, exchanges, and security practices


• Manage inventory and restock merchandise as needed


• Process transactions accurately through the point-of-sale system


• Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Previous retail sales experience preferred


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions


• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
