Job Description:

ThinkTell Junction We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service while promoting our wide range of products. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will engage with customers, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions to enhance their shopping experience. 

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs in a professional manner.


• Demonstrate product knowledge to customers and guide them through the purchasing process.


• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.


• Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.


• Conduct inventory checks and assist in stocking merchandise as needed.


• Participate in promotional activities and support store marketing initiatives.

Skills Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in retail or business is a plus.


• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles preferred.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.


• Basic math skills for managing transactions and inventory counts.


• Flexibility to work during nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
