We’re seeking enthusiastic Retail Sales Associates who are passionate about the equestrian lifestyle. As a Retail Store Sales Associate, you are a brand ambassador - spending your days supporting our customers by providing product knowledge and helpful advice. Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Provide outstanding customer service to customers by greeting them in a welcoming manner, sharing product knowledge, responding to questions, making product recommendations, and highlighting sales, promotions, and events.
• Document and process sales and transactions.
• Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Assist with store events.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Extensive equestrian experience and knowledge of equestrian products
• Availability that includes at least one weekend day
• A focus on customer experience and satisfaction
• A positive and team-oriented disposition
• Verbal and written communication skills and basic math skills
• Ability to stand and move on the sales floor for extended periods of time, to climb steps and ladders and to lift up to 75 pounds independently.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting pay at $15.00/hour.
