As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll be the face of Mattress Home, guiding customers through their purchasing journey and ensuring they find the perfect sleep solution. Your role is pivotal in delivering a seamless and personalized shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs to recommend suitable products.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and promotions.

Achieve individual and store sales targets.

Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous retail or sales experience preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a significant advantage.
