Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Proactively interact with customers in the retail space to share the benefits of solar energy.
Appointment Setting: Schedule consultations for our expert sales team to meet with interested homeowners.
Brand Representation: Be the friendly and professional face of our brand, ensuring a great first impression.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not required—we provide full training.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with customers confidently.
Team-oriented mindset and a desire to contribute to a positive work environment.
Motivated, growth-oriented, and ready to embrace new challenges.

Requirements:

Must be available to work in person at the designated retail location
High school diploma or equivalent
Authorization to work in the United States
