Position: Retail Sales Associate - Part-Time or Full-Time

What You’ll Do:

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be at the forefront of our customer interactions, delivering top-tier service, and building lasting relationships. Your role includes:

- Providing personalized recommendations and exceptional assistance to our clientele.

- Keeping up with the latest industry trends and product knowledge through ongoing training.

- Meeting and exceeding sales targets by upselling and cross-selling our premium products.

- Building and nurturing client relationships, both in-store and through follow-up communication.

- Assisting with minor adjustments and repairs.

- Ensuring a seamless customer experience across all platforms.

- Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.

What You’ll Bring:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in the tech, eyewear, or luxury retail industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to meet sales targets and exceed customer expectations.

- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

- Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to handle challenges.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience operating a POS system.

- Previous experience in luxury sales or the eyewear industry is a plus, but not necessary.
