Retail Sales Associate

Full or Part-Time Retail Sales Associate- Experience Required

Location: Downtown Fort Myers, FL

Shifts: Weekends, Nights, Holidays

$16.00 per hour + Commission

Must be 18 years old or older.

What You’ll Do:

Actively sell products by engaging customers, demonstrating items directly on them, and recommending solutions that drive purchases.

Meet and exceed sales goals — this is a performance-based role.

Create a fun, welcoming experience that keeps customers coming back.

Stay up to date on product knowledge so you can answer questions confidently and drive interest.

Assist with general store upkeep, including restocking, cleaning, and merchandising.

What We’re Looking For:

Sales-focused mindset — you’re confident approaching customers and closing the sale.

Outgoing, positive energy with strong communication skills.

Comfortable performing product demonstrations on customers (training provided).

Ability to stand and move throughout your shift and work weekends/holidays.

Retail or sales experience required — this is not an entry-level or purely customer service role.
