As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll embody the spirit of La Casa Studios—offering thoughtful assistance, genuine hospitality, and an eye for detail that ensures every interaction feels personal and memorable. Whether helping someone choose the perfect artisan piece, answering questions about our local makers, or simply offering a friendly smile, you’ll play a key part in creating an inspiring, customer-centered experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Warmly greet each guest and make them feel genuinely welcome.

· Engage customers in conversation to understand their interests and share product stories.

· Offer personalized recommendations with care, attention, and enthusiasm.

· Handle questions, feedback, and transactions with professionalism and grace.

· Support the flow of the studio by assisting with workspace and conference room scheduling.

· Assist with Mail opening and sorting, forwarding and distributing as needed

· Maintain an inviting and beautifully arranged retail environment that reflects our creative community.

· Share information about ongoing promotions, artist collaborations, and special events.

· Process sales, exchanges, and returns with accuracy and a customer-first mindset.

· Collaborate with fellow team members to create a cohesive and uplifting atmosphere.

Qualifications

· High school diploma or GED required.

· Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.

· A natural communicator who enjoys connecting with people.

· Excellent customer service, listening, and interpersonal skills.

· Comfortable using computers and handling basic transactions.

Reliable, positive, and able to work weekends
