Retail Sales Associate

Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate and help customers discover skincare products tailored to their unique needs. We're looking for someone enthusiastic and sales-driven who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, confident in sales, and committed to building lasting relationships through personalized recommendations and product education.  Part-time positions available.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.
• Consult with customers to understand their skincare concerns and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals through strong product knowledge and consultative selling.
• Build customer loyalty by developing genuine relationships and delivering personalized service.
• Educate customers on product benefits, ingredients, and proper usage.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory management, restocking, and store presentation.
• Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Stay informed about new products, promotions, and company initiatives.

Requirements

• Ability to pass a background screening.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays (when our customers need us most!).

Additional Requirements 

• One year of retail, sales, customer service, or beauty industry experience.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Interest in skincare, beauty, wellness, or clean-living products.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale systems and cash handling.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
