Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Ensure that the sales floor is well-maintained, organized, and visually appealing.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints effectively.
• Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting counts.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high customer service standards.

• Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A genuine passion for home decor and design.
• Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
