Retail Sales Associate Clearwater and South Tampa

Bob's Carpet is looking to add a talented sales associate supporting our Clearwater and South Tampa locations. Our Retail Sales Associates provide a first-class experience by offering excellent products and customer service to meet each customer's specific needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop a rapport with our customers and pair them with the best products and services to meet their needs


• Provide stellar customer service throughout the entire buying process including installation. Address and solve concerns immediately.


• Visit job sites to measure for products and assess installation needs


• Enter customer orders and payments into our computer system accurately and timely


• Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the showroom


• Promote and share product knowledge among the other sales consultants


• Accurately complete all necessary paperwork to process customer orders in a timely manner


• Maintain confidentiality of pricing and internal operations


• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements

Time and Detail oriented,
Friendly,
Outgoing,
Able to communicate on a professional level with individuals or groups both verbally and in writing
Reliable transportation for use when home measurements are required
Ability to work a 40-hour work week with a varied schedule which includes weekends.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs
