Full-Time: Approximately 32+ Hours/Week

Weekday + Regular Saturday Availability Required
Compensation: Competitive hourly pay starting at $16/hour based on experience

We’re looking for a dependable, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team.

We’re looking for a dependable, motivated, and service-minded Full-Time Retail Sales Associate who wants to contribute meaningfully within a growing small business environment.

What You’ll Do

• Create an exceptional customer experience through thoughtful, attentive service


• Build strong product knowledge and confidently assist customers with recommendations


• Support daily store operations with consistency and attention to detail


• Help maintain a clean, organized, visually appealing sales floor


• Assist with merchandising, restocking, inventory tasks, and store projects


• Process transactions accurately and efficiently


• Help execute promotions, seasonal floor changes, and operational projects


• Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with the team throughout each shift


• Step in where needed and help the store run smoothly throughout the day

Schedule & Compensation

• Approximately 32+ hours per week


• Full-time hours within store hours of Monday–Saturday, approximately 9:30am–5:15pm
  


• Friday and Saturday availability is especially important, as these are our busiest days


• Competitive hourly pay based on experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Retail, hospitality, boutique, or customer service experience preferred


• Ability to stay organized while balancing multiple responsibilities


• Comfortable standing, moving throughout the store, and lifting/restocking merchandise as needed
