We are searching for a friendly and professional retail sales associate to join our restaurant staff. As the first point of contact, you will greet and assist customers as they enter our restaurant.

In this position, delivering outstanding customer service will be your main objective. Additional responsibilities might include conversing with customers about preferences on clothing colors, trends, sizes, merchandise, cleaning public spaces, ringing up merchandise. The ideal candidate will be friendly, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Welcome customers and help determine their merchandise preferences.

- Ring up customers for all purchases.

- Talk about our surveys and get 5 star guest service scores.

- Ensure all purchases are accurately recorded.

- Accept cash and return the correct change.

- Tally money in the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each work shift.

- Pull and restock merchandise (clothing, water bottles, pins, sundries, etc..)

- Respond to customer inquiries, issue receipts, and record customer suggestions.

- Clean and organize merchandise to suggestively sell with vibrant displays

- Steam and fold shirts and other apparel as needed
