Retail Sales Associate Rocky Hill

About the Role

We're looking for an outgoing, reliable Retail Sales Associate to join our Rocky Hill team. You'll guide customers through our product selection, answer questions, and help create a great shopping experience.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and recommend products that fit their needs


• Educate customers on products, strains, and consumption methods


• Process sales using our POS system


• Verify customer age/ID per Connecticut DCP regulations


• Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and organized

What We're Looking For

• Flexible availability required, including weekends (our busiest days are Fri–Sun)


• Must be 21+


• Strong communication and customer service skills


• Retail or sales experience preferred; cannabis knowledge a plus, not required


• Must pass DCP requirements
