Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products for their needs

- Educate customers on the benefits of our products and answer any questions they may have

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

- Process transactions accurately and efficiently

- Meet and exceed sales goals through upselling and cross-selling techniques

- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred

- Knowledge of health and wellness industry is a plus

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

- Must be based in the USA and able to work remotely
