Full job description

We are looking for a fashion forward Retail Sales Associate that keeps up with the latest trends, is reliable, and provides stellar customer service. As a Coco & Co. Associate, you will bring the excitement and energy that our customers know and love. Candidates with a positive attitude, a love for fashion, and a willingness to adapt to change will be the perfect fit to the Coco family!

Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome customers with a warm smile

- Provide up-to-date information on the newest store additions

- Answer customers' questions

- Cross-sell products

- Ensure racks are fully stocked

- Manage returns of merchandise

- Coordinate with the sales team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)

- Inform customers about discounts and special offers

- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager

- Stay caught up with the latest fashion trends and styles

Skills

- Proven work experience as a Sales Associate or similar role

- Understanding of the retail sales process

- Knowledge of inventory

- Basic math skills

- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships

- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments

- Flexibility to work various shifts

- High school degree

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
