Entry-level Retail Sales Representative Duties: 

• Great customers with a warm and friendly demeanor to ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience

Entry-level Retail Sales Representative Qualifications: 

• 1-2 years of experience as a retail sales representative or entry-level customer service associate
• High school diploma or GED 
• Friendly, confidant, and high energy personality
• Ability to work successfully within a team atmosphere and be determined towards achieving company goals to reduce climate change 
• Proven track record of overturning objections and closing sales
• Possess exceptional people skills 
• Capable of working well under pressure and meeting or exceeding sales initiatives
