Retail Sales Representative Job Description:

We're looking for a qualified retail sales person to provide respectful, helpful customer service.

A good job candidate for this job is someone who respects themselves yet isn't self-absorbed; someone who knows how to communicate effectively, has a good work ethic, can discipline themselves and stay on task, has a sincere and positive, friendly attitude and can handle potential customer complaints.

The ideal candidate must also have the ability to learn quickly, work well in a busy work environment, work well with team members, and take pride in their work.

Responsibilities of a Retail Sales Representative:

• Greeting customers; deliver excellent customer service
• Tagging, Sorting, Buying items customers sell to store
• Explain store Buy Policy to new customers
• Informs customers about sales, discounts, and promotions
• Manages customers and clothes at Dressing Rooms
• Stocks and organizes items on racks and in back stock bins
• Works cash register; knows how to handle money during transactions
• Works well with team members

Retail Sales Representative Job Requirements:

• Respectful toward others
• Retail experience or similar job experience is a plus
• Familiarity with visual merchandising
• Ability to stock and restock racks
• Proven communication skills; works effectively with others
• Has problem-solving experience in the workplace
• Good organization skills
• Positive and friendly attitude
