Retail Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
• Develop key referral sources, like realtors and interior designs, to build a referral network.
• Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete, easily transferred to the installation team.
• Create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing.
• Get potential customers excited about Mo Better Garage, encourage them to provide reviews and share them with their personal network.
• Understand the customer needs and be able to connect through empathy.

• Proven record of accomplishment in sales.
• Financial acumen including the ability to determine if a job is profitable.
• IT competent, previous experience with Microsoft Office and the latest sales applications.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communications.
• Good presentation and public speaking skills.
• Familiar with local codes and can speak to company product lines.
• Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Highly motivated, flexible, and a great attitude on life.

Pay: 

This is a Full-Time, Commission only position with a weekly guarantee during training

Ability to earn 70K - 120K plus, the yearly potential is up to you, no limit on commission!
