Maverick Contracting is hiring a motivated Sales Representative to help homeowners plan and purchase home improvement projects, including windows, decks, siding, roofing, and bathroom remodeling.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners to understand their project goals and budget.
• Explain product options, project scope, and the value of working with Maverick.
• Prepare and present estimates and proposals.
• Stay in contact with prospective customers, answer questions, and close sales.
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and prospecting.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity in our CRM.
• Coordinate with our production team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation.
• Meet sales goals while providing a positive customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A motivated, dependable person who takes initiative.
• Confidence asking for the sale and handling customer objections.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn our products and sales process.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Sales experience preferred, especially in home improvement, remodeling, or in-home sales. Construction knowledge is a plus.
