Your Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers in retail settings to understand their needs and promote solar energy solutions.
• Provide knowledgeable and friendly service, answering any questions about our products and services.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers about the advantages of switching to solar energy.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the retail team.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and update product displays as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively and explain technical concepts in simple terms.
