Your Role Will Include:

• Welcoming customers with a smile and guiding them through our amazing solar offerings.
• Helping customers understand how switching to solar can save them money and protect the environment.
• Showing off our products with exciting demonstrations and answering any questions they might have.
• Teaming up with your coworkers to meet sales goals and create a fun shopping experience for everyone.
• Keeping the sales area looking fresh and up-to-date with the latest solar products.

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service would be awesome!
• You should have a friendly, outgoing personality that puts people at ease.
• Effective communication skills that help you explain solar concepts in a relatable way.
• A knack for setting and reaching goals—you love a good challenge!
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet customers where they are.
