Role Overview :

The

Area Business Manager

will oversee and enhance the business operations within a designated area, focusing on achieving sales targets, expanding the network, and managing retail and franchisee operations.

Key Responsibilities :
Sales Planning : Develop and implement business plans to meet sales objectives.
Performance Evaluation : Conduct regular business performance reviews to ensure targets are met.
Network Expansion : Identify and develop new market opportunities.
Retail Marketing : Drive marketing initiatives to increase brand presence and sales.
Franchisee Engagement & Management : Maintain strong relationships with franchisees to ensure alignment with company goals.
Store Setup Management : Oversee the establishment of new stores, ensuring they meet company standards.
Incentive Management : Develop and manage incentive programs to motivate the sales team.

Job Requirements :
Experience : Minimum of 3 years in sales or retail, preferably in a luxury brand.
