We are seeking a Retail Shift Supervisor to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team.

Responsibilities:

Supervise team of retail sales workers

Adjust daily duties for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency

Train and evaluate employees

Opening or closing the store depending on the schedule

Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and communication skills

Strong leadership qualities

Interest in all types of pets -small animals, birds and reptiles

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
