Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with some Saturdays from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and organized Retail Stock & Inventory Associate to help keep our store well stocked, accurate, and ready for customers.

This is a full-time, hands-on position focused on receiving merchandise, stocking products, maintaining inventory accuracy, and keeping the sales floor and storage areas clean and organized. You will work closely with customers and coworkers to ensure products are available, displays are maintained, and daily store operations run smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Receive, unload, inspect, and put away incoming merchandise. 
• Stock shelves, racks, and product displays throughout the store. 
• Maintain clean and organized backstock and storage areas. 
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and stock replenishment. 
• Process returns and ensure merchandise is properly restocked. 
• Monitor inventory levels and report out-of-stock items or discrepancies. 
• Update pricing, product labels, and displays as needed. 
• Keep aisles, shelves, and work areas clean, organized, and safe. 
• Assist customers with locating products and answering basic questions. 
• Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material-handling equipment. 
• Follow all company safety procedures and equipment guidelines. 
• Support other store departments and operations as needed.

• Previous retail, stocking, warehouse, or inventory experience is preferred but not required. 
• Forklift experience is helpful, but training may be provided. 
• Willingness to work the required weekday schedule and occasional Saturdays. 

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and remain physically active for extended periods. 
• Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, climbing, and squatting. 
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds, with or without assistance. 
• Ability to safely move and organize merchandise throughout the store. 
• Ability to operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment safely. 
• Ability to work primarily indoors and occasionally outdoors in varying weather conditions.
