Here is what the role looks like:
As the Retail Assistant Store Manager, you are second in command in the retail space, reporting to the Retail Store Manager. You are primarily responsible for developing retail consultants, retail sales reporting, general sales support, and some administrative duties. Success in this role depends on superior organization, time management, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills. This role requires a skilled individual who has the ability to identify problems, analyze information, and develop conceptual solutions to complex challenges. As the Retail Store Assistant Manager, you are the ambassador of our GTA Val-YOU’s and you demonstrate them through practice in your day to day operations. Most importantly, this role observes and coaches internal talent to provide opportunities for career success.
