Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily store operations
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
• Drive sales growth and consistently achieve performance targets
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and operational reporting
• Deliver an exceptional and engaging customer experience
• Ensure accuracy in cash handling and sales transactions

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail management experience
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and key performance metrics
• Background in specialty retail, beauty, or luxury environments preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
