Job Description - Retail Team Lead Merchandiser

Do you enjoy traveling? Do you take pride in your work? TouchPoint360 is looking for a strong, experienced Team Lead Merchandiser / Fixture Installer who can hit the floor running! This is a full-time position with benefits and competitive pay. We prefer that you live in one of the following states: New York, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio, Wisconsin, Kentucky, Tennessee, or Texas. This role includes leadership responsibilities and direct communication with team members, Supervisors, and store Management.

This position requires traveling away from home for up to 4-5 weeks at a time. We offer competitive hourly rates, cover the hotel, reimburse mileage, pay drive-time, and per diem! You will lead a team, and a project can be a remodel or a new store build. Experience with planograms, merchandising, building gondolas, building displays, installing new shelving/fixtures, and installing signage.

Job Details

Shift can be days or nights depending on the project
40-to-46-hour work week
Lead team in managing daily tasks and assignments
Build displays, move and install new shelving fixtures, and install signage according to planogram
Complete daily reports
Communicate with Store Managers and Project Managers when needed
Train and support new members

Qualifications

Must have Team Lead experience
Must be willing to be away from home on assignment up to 4-5 weeks at a time
Must live in one of the following states: New York, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio, Wisconsin, Kentucky, Tennessee, or Texas
Knowledge of planograms, fixture installation and merchandising
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to solve problems and decision making
Must be able to stand, bend, and lift products up to 50 lbs. on occasion.
Must possess a valid Real ID Driver’s license, reliable source of transportation, and current insurance coverage on vehicle.
