Retail Team Member

We are one of the home improvement clients on the market. Our Retail Team is excited to continue creating innovative retail marketing strategies that increase value for our partners. We pride ourselves in bringing together individuals who are motivated, talented, and eager to reap the rewards of their hard work. If you are someone who feels you work the hardest amongst your peers, we have our Retail Team Member role for you. No prior experience in retail or sales is needed, as we provide comprehensive training for all of our entry-level Retail Team Members.

Retail Team Member Responsibilities:

• Provide top-notch customer service and face to face sales support during in-store interactions
• Maintain high levels of compliance by adhering to both our retail partners and client practices
• Communicate with sales team to best address customer needs
• Attend marketing and sales training sessions to stay up to date on all client information and strategies 
• Drive sales leads by promoting new products and offerings to customers that exceed their expectations

Retail Team Member Requirements:

• A goal-oriented and driven mentality
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to problem solve or adjust approach as needed
• Customer Service or Retail Associate background preferred, by not required
• Reliable transportation and punctual
• Thrives in a team-oriented and collaborative environment 
• Enthusiastic and empathetic  while interacting with customers
