What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support retail, café, and chocolate shop team members during evening and weekend shifts

• Keep the store clean, stocked, and operating efficiently

• Manage cash, breaks, and end-of-day procedures

• Communicate clearly with leadership and team members throughout building

• Model exceptional service and teamwork

What You Bring:

• Retail or restaurant leadership/keyholder experience

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable in fast-paced, customer-focused settings

• Dependable, adaptable, and ready to lead by example
